Bill Mason of CRD and I hit it off immediately upon meeting and I knew he was the right man to design my new radiant floor system.  He carefully considered all aspest of the existing home and the changes that we proposed, for example: add legal basement suite.  Building Code and technical challenges as well as the endless options of equipment and products were simplified to those that Bill favoured as the best quality for the money.  CRD has designed, installed and tested my new system and will be the only choice regarding future additions (planned for) and maintenance requirements.  Thanks to Bill Mason, a true professional.
