Installation do's and don'ts

Concrete ovepour

• extra floor plate "upsized". 
• vapour barrier.
• insulation to direct heat where needed

Carpet

• Use proper underly --   some underlays will break down

Hardwood

• 78' Maximum floor temperature should be safe for any hardwood, some hardwood (especially engineered hardwood) should be safe at a higher temperature.
• Floor sensors are reccomended to limit maximum floor temperature when using hardwood.
• do not use tarpaper under hardwood

Linolium

• Linolium and glues used should be approved for use

Maintenance

• Check expansion tank pressure
• Pressure test for leaks
• Condensate drain
• Cleaning and checking operation
• Air elimination
