The Sun's Energy is collected by a Vaccum tube array mounted on the roof

The hot water is circulated to the mechanical room, where the heat is used to heat the domestic hot water and supplement the radiant floor heating.

Hot Water from the drainage system can also be used to preheat the domestic hot water.

Excess heat from the collectors must be considered. In this case heat is transferred to a rainwater collection tank.

Excess heat is ideal for swimming pools, hot tubs, washing cars etc.

Hot water is circulated from the panel and stored in the holding tank.

where the preheated water is transferred to the primary tank which will heat water conventionally (in this case electric) in times of low sun energy or high demand.
